Attention: Please Read Carefully Before Placing Your Order!

At J4 Flowerhorn LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality livestock possible, and therefore, we offer an arrive alive guarantee. Once you have placed your order, we will review it and prepare the shipment, which may take up to 1-2 business days. You will receive a delivery confirmation via email once your order has been shipped.

If any of the livestock dies due to health or heat pack malfunction during transit, please take photographs or video footage of the deceased fish in the unopened bag and contact us within an hour of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 5% restocking fee applies to order cancellations.

Dealing with live animals always carries a risk, and we can only guarantee live arrival for Airport-to-Airport and overnight shipping. Upon receiving your fish, we recommend that you open and inspect them immediately, and quarantine them to ensure the health and safety of all stock, new and old.

If we do not receive photographs or video footage of the deceased fish within the specified time frame, the live arrival guarantee will be void, and we will not issue replacements or credit.
